What you will do

• Perform rack and enclosure build-outs, panel terminations, and device installation for security systems.
• Interpret complex drawing packages and BOM lists to execute system designs.
• Coordinate with project management and site supervisors to maintain project schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the installation process.
• Mentor junior technicians and oversee work quality on complex job sites.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including redlines, RFIs, and site inventory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance in commercial environments.
• Proficiency with security systems including Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, and Honeywell.
• Ability to perform mechanical retrofitting of door frames and gates.
• Strong administrative skills using Teams, Outlook, OneNote, and BlueBeam.
• Must hold a clean driving record and be able to pass security clearance/registration.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work in construction site conditions.
