Salary: $183,000 — $468,800 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Act as the technical lead for Security & AI alliances, translating strategy into execution plans and priorities.
• Define and validate joint solutions, APIs, and interoperability to produce reference architectures and blueprints.
• Align technical roadmaps by identifying gaps and coordinating feedback between partners and Product/Engineering teams.
• Represent hirify.global with partner technical stakeholders and support strategic customer opportunities.
• Develop joint technical assets, including briefs, diagrams, demos, and validation materials.
• Train and enable internal and partner field teams on joint solution positioning and deployment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, data protection, security, or cloud-focused technical roles.
• Deep expertise in backup & recovery, cyber resilience, and security architecture.
• Proven experience in technical alliances, translating business priorities into technical architectures.
• Ability to engage credibly with partner product teams, architects, and technical executives.
• Strong skills in API integrations and platform interoperability within infrastructure and security ecosystems.
• Must be based in the US (specifically San Francisco/West Coast preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with DSPM, identity protection, and AI infrastructure.
• Experience with partners such as Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Fortinet, Red Hat OpenShift, or NVIDIA.
• Familiarity with hirify.global concepts, including ransomware recovery and enterprise backup architecture.
• Experience delivering multi-vendor joint solutions spanning ISVs and service providers.
