What you will do

• Shape the company strategy and set the industry standard on AI privacy.
• Deliver novel encryption-based privacy features across ChatGPT, API, and future consumer devices at rapid speed.
• Work closely with researchers, engineers, and security experts to build core privacy technologies such as private inference and end-to-end encryption.
• Partner with leadership, marketing, and global affairs to communicate hirify.global’s privacy values with customers, industry professionals, and policymakers.

Requirements

• Care deeply about user privacy and security.
• 10+ years of product management or related industry experience.
• Prior experience in private computing, trusted execution environments, and end-to-end encryption.
• Lead with user empathy, a strategic mindset, and ability to balance equities across product, privacy, and safety.
• Bring an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability, whether from startup or high-growth company environments.
• Have world-class communication and collaboration skills in working with a wide variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
