What you will do

• Serve as a Technical Advisor and trusted partner to guide platform optimization and define outcome-driven operational plans.
• Develop mutual action plans to accelerate time-to-value and advance customers through the product maturity journey.
• Guide the adoption of MCP and AI-driven features, turning new capabilities into practical security outcomes.
• Deliver best-practice recommendations and align customer architecture with the product roadmap.
• Partner with Sales and SEs to deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and report on success metrics.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D via Jira to track issues and prioritize feature requests.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in solution delivery, technical account management, or consulting, preferably in SaaS environments.
• Technical background in network security, API ecosystems, AppSec, WAF, RASP, or similar security products.
• Strong understanding of HTTP protocol details and experience with tools like Postman.
• Proven track record of improving customer retention, upsell, and satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or a related field.
