What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for Premium Support customers
• Onboard new customers and conduct periodic health checks to ensure success
• Advocate for customers internally to document and assess feedback
• Research and resolve complex technical issues, leading cross-functional groups for escalations
• Create knowledge base content and share best practices within the team
• Identify renewal risks and collaborate with sales for account expansion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures
• Professional fluency in English
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Must be based in Brazil

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science
• CISSP or ITIL Certification
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success or Support
• Expertise in Linux and Mac platforms
• Python scripting and RestAPI experience
