Location: Must be based in South Korea (Remote or hybrid from the Seoul office).
Compensation: $130,000 – $280,000 + Equity.

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of customers, ensuring end-to-end experience and high-touch support.
- Develop and own repeatable workflows to scale self-service entry and product-led expansion.
- Translate complex pentesting findings and vulnerability data into actionable guidance for security and engineering stakeholders.
- Act as an external-facing technical program manager to identify process gaps, advocate for fixes, and drive automation.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to triage edge cases and distinguish between product gaps and expected behavior.
- Build and maintain customer-facing documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials.
Requirements
- Must be based in South Korea.
- Fluent in Korean and advanced in English.
- Background in technical program management, technical account management, or scaled customer success.
- Working knowledge of application security fundamentals (OWASP Top 10, CVSS scoring, vulnerability classes).
- Exposure to the security tools ecosystem (scanners, DAST/SAST platforms, vulnerability management systems).
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
