What you will do

• Maintain and audit accounts and expenditures to ensure accurate accounting information.
• Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries for company activities.
• Perform monthly financial, budget, and analytical reporting.
• Identify errors by comparing actual results against budgets and prior periods.
• Collaborate with managers to discuss financial results and specific projects.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business with a concentration in accounting.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet preparation and computerized accounting environments.
• Strong organizational abilities and a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in financial reporting and accounting is considered an asset.
