Location: Primary location is Toronto; applicants not in the primary location may request salary ranges for their own location.
Salary: CA$151,200 – CA$226,800

What you will do
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI specialist motion to provide personalized user guidance at scale.
- Launch and scale inbound AI interactions across chat, voice, and email for prospects and new users.
- Build a triage and qualification layer to route users between self-serve paths and high-touch sales engagement.
- Establish seamless escalation paths to vendor support and sales teams to ensure context is preserved.
- Expand AI guidance into onboarding and cross-selling to help users activate and grow their product usage.
- Own the revenue generated by the AI motion and define success metrics from conversion through expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience taking products from strategy to shipping.
- Experience building AI-powered, conversational, or agentic products for real-world users.
- Proven track record of owning revenue or business outcomes via product-led approaches.
- Expertise in hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation at scale.
- Ability to synthesize existing systems into a coherent strategy rather than defaulting to new builds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B or B2B2C growth (acquisition, activation, onboarding).
- Hands-on familiarity with LLMs and agentic architectures.
- Experience building across multiple modalities (chat, email, voice).
- Background in scaling high-touch human experiences through technology.
