What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical design and delivery of complex, business-critical hirify.global solutions.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, review practices, and quality benchmarks across teams.
• Drive the adoption of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Design and govern scalable data models for large data volumes (LDV) and optimize SOQL performance.
• Mentor and grow engineers across skill levels, acting as a technical anchor for the team.
• Partner with Product and Architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical strategies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in hirify.global platform: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Flows, Visualforce.
• Solid experience with Java and object-oriented design principles.
• Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and end-to-end CRM lifecycle.
• Experience with system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, Agile, and hirify.global DX.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-driven application development.
• Familiarity with agentic development environments like Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code.
• Strong background in Large Data Volume (LDV) architecture and performance tuning.
• Multiple hirify.global certifications (PD I/II, Application/System Architect).
