Salary: $266,000 – $399,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead operation, maintenance, and calibration of a 3D printer fleet supporting robotics prototyping.
• Develop and maintain workflows for print submission, prioritization, and tracking across engineering teams.
• Optimize print jobs across various additive manufacturing technologies and materials.
• Perform post-processing operations including support removal, finishing, bonding, and assembly preparation.
• Partner with engineers to provide guidance on material selection, tolerances, and manufacturability.
• Manage inventory of consumables and spare parts to ensure high machine uptime.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience operating additive manufacturing systems in prototyping or robotics environments.
• Experience with FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, or PolyJet technologies.
• Strong understanding of additive materials and prototype finishing techniques.
• Experience supporting hardware engineering teams in fast-paced development cycles.
• Familiarity with general electromechanical assembly and robotics hardware systems.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA and available for onsite work 5 days a week
