Salary: $152,000 - $209,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs.
• Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions to solve complex oncology data challenges.
• Translate product and regulatory requirements into elegant technical solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code to streamline workflows.
• Partner with oncologists, product leaders, and data scientists.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building scalable, production-grade software.
• Proficiency in C# or other object-oriented languages like Java or C++.
• Experience building backend services on .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, SQS).
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience leading the delivery of complex software systems to production.
• Contributions to open source projects.
• Experience with React or similar JS frameworks for data-heavy internal tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare data domains and provider workflows within an EHR.
