Salary: $161,700 - $258,800

• Design, implement, and deploy software components for hirify.global’s family of Automatic Test Equipment.
• Lead a team of junior developers and validate their technical work.
• Create robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including application and field engineers, from definition to release.
• Tackle complex technical problems and contribute to product, process, and team improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience developing software systems for commercial applications.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, .NET, and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
• Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Experience in the Semiconductor Test Industry and hardware/software development environments.
• BS/MS in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
