Salary: $78,500 – $163,000

What you will do

• Prepare reports, written analyses, and presentations for M&A transactions.
• Guide clients through the transaction lifecycle, including pre-Sign diligence and post-Close activities.
• Manage PMO functions, including standalone costing and synergy modeling.
• Support Day 1 and Day 100 planning across Finance, HR, IT, and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (buyers, sellers, legal counsel, and bankers) to drive decision-making.
• Design and implement target operating models across enterprises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of post-graduate professional experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no sponsorship provided).
• Ability to travel to client sites and FTI offices.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Experience analyzing financial statements and operational performance drivers.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, SmartSheet, or similar data visualization tools.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets to support management conclusions.
