What you will do

• Optimize ERP modules including DRP, MRP, Transportation, Procurement, Order Management, and WMS to drive operational efficiencies.
• Analyze and implement technical solutions to fulfill business requirements in a hybrid support and project-based role.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Provide application systems support, identify and resolve recurring issues through root cause analysis.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, hosting infrastructure, and IT processes.
• Develop and support in-house and external software solutions in alignment with IT standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in application support and system analysis.
• Extensive experience with Sage X3 ERP.
• Strong understanding of IT operational process and control frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
• Experience working within robust IT General Control frameworks in a publicly traded organization.
• Experience using enterprise-level ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• Deep hands-on experience configuring Sage X3 objects and managing master data.
• Knowledge of the cannabis industry, including regulatory compliance and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and gathering evidence for auditors.
• Experience with various SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience supporting multi-site, global organizations with multi-legislation requirements.
