What you will do

• Translate overarching strategy and vision into concrete short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
• Own the overall quality, user experience, and timely delivery of the ISPM product portfolio.
• Build strategic customer relationships to ensure requirements directly influence prioritization.
• Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to inform product direction.
• Coordinate between PM, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing leadership for cross-functional alignment.
• Mentor and coach a team of Product Managers, overseeing their performance and career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 12-15 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering software products.
• Deep expertise in agile development and product management frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Ability to work across multiple global time zones with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge in Posture, IAM, IGA, or PAM.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Entra.
