Senior Product Manager (Data Science)

What you will do

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and insights that improve mission capabilities.
• Serve as the primary interface between stakeholders, users, data scientists, and engineering teams.
• Identify high-value data sources and automate data collection, ingestion, and mining processes.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable product insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with MLOps and software engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and mission-ready ML solutions.
• Support the full product lifecycle from experimentation through deployment and sustainment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working in or supporting AI-related initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform product strategy.
• Working knowledge of programming languages, statistical packages, and data tooling used in AI/ML.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must be eligible for or hold a TS/SCI clearance as implied by the program requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
• Prior experience supporting joint military, Intelligence Community, or DoD environments.
• Relevant certifications in Product Management, Project Management, or Data Science.
• Experience leading high-performing teams delivering IT or AI-enabled solutions.
