What you will do

  • Develop and execute a cohesive GTM plan to unlock revenue growth in the AMER market.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated regional team of Product Activation Leads, Solution Engineers, and Success Specialists.
  • Translate global product priorities into AMER-specific GTM plays with clear success metrics.
  • Provide high-signal Voice of the Market (VoTM) input to global Product and PSO leadership to shape the roadmap.
  • Champion best-practice adoption across the AMER customer base to improve campaign hygiene and outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales and Growth Data Science to ensure seamless implementation and monetization of priority products.

Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in product commercialization, solutions consulting, or product management, ideally in adtech or performance marketing.
  • Leadership: 4+ years of experience in people management with a history of building strong teams.
  • Deep familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem, including platforms and measurement dynamics.
  • Strong commercial instincts to connect product capabilities to customer business outcomes.
  • Ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders across Sales and Product leadership.
  • Location: Must be based in the United States.
