What you will do

• Develop and maintain business process documentation and assess risks through the SOX lens.
• Evaluate controls from design and operating perspectives and execute effectiveness tests.
• Manage deficiencies from identification through remediation and prepare status reports.
• Ensure new or changing business processes remain SOX compliant during implementation.
• Plan and execute risk-based internal audits to evaluate operations, systems, and controls.
• Conduct fieldwork, document audit workpapers, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in public accounting and/or industry audit.
• Degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, COSO, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and geographies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
