What you will do

• Lead the evolution and adoption of a unified agentic experience across the Bob platform.
• Define AI-first interaction models, workflows, and user journeys to replace traditional software patterns.
• Identify high-value cross-domain opportunities for automation and agent orchestration across HR, Finance, and Payroll.
• Partner with design and engineering to invent intuitive and high-utility AI experiences.
• Use product analytics and behavioral insights to continuously improve AI-powered workflows.
• Translate advanced AI capabilities into practical and valuable customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fast-paced product organizations.
• Advanced professional proficiency in Hebrew and English is a must.
• Deep curiosity and hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools, assistants, and emerging AI product patterns.
• Track record of driving product adoption and engagement, preferably with B2B2C or B2C experience.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect complex workflows across multiple domains.
• Must be based in Israel for a hybrid work arrangement.
