What you will do

• Own product-led growth strategy across all brands, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and feature adoption.
• Drive adoption of new products and features by translating roadmaps into growth plans and ensuring market uptake.
• Lead go-to-market strategies with positioning, messaging, and continuous optimization through testing.
• Partner on pricing and packaging to maximize conversion and revenue in user journeys.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle, Product, and Engineering teams for seamless execution from onboarding to retention.
• Lead and mentor a team, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and foster experimentation and accountability.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years in product growth, product marketing, or growth roles in B2C, SaaS, or consumer tech.
• Proven track record driving user growth, product adoption, and business impact.
• Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Hands-on leadership from strategy to execution across Product, Growth, and Marketing.
• Contributions to pricing and packaging strategies.
• Deep knowledge of conversion funnels, activation, and product-led growth; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication to influence senior cross-functional teams.
