Salary: $90,000 — $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Deliver expert-level hardware and system software technology using standard procedures and best practices.
• Install and configure Altera solutions and provide technical support throughout the implementation process.
• Lead interface and data conversion development and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and train clients and internal staff.
• Design tailored solutions for clients by providing technical sales support.
• Build and maintain new toolsets to support evolving business and client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with MS SQL Server and SQL scripting.
• Experience with Paragon® or another Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Expert knowledge of enterprise-level hardware, including Clustering, SAN technology, and complex networking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Server environments and AWS or comparable cloud infrastructure.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in a technical consulting or implementation role.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and/or Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support coding, data validation, or conversion workflows.
