What you will do

• Assist in resource planning, work order scheduling, and coordinating subordinate personnel to achieve manufacturing goals.
• Ensure manufacturing personnel meet labor and quality standards and adhere to break and lunch schedules.
• Resolve manufacturing issues related to material shortages, quality concerns, and equipment failures.
• Maintain component inventory and coordinate KanBan replenishment activities.
• Execute Oracle transactions including opening/completing jobs and material issuance.
• Update manufacturing procedures and review Engineering Change Orders.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM).
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• English proficiency: strong communication skills (speak, read, and write).

• Leadership experience.
• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• General knowledge of cGMPs and standard manufacturing methodologies.
