TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the New York City Office)

Salary: $82,000 – $99,000 per year

What you will do

  • Conduct consistent, objective evaluations of sales calls, demos, and virtual meetings based on QA standards.
  • Audit and QA AI-generated sales scores to flag inaccuracies and improve scoring reliability.
  • Utilize platforms such as Gong and MaestroQA to maintain grading KPIs and accuracy targets.
  • Deliver structured, actionable feedback to sales teams to drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Enablement, and CX to identify behavioral patterns and pipeline gaps.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales rubrics, scoring criteria, and enablement resources.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Quality Assurance.
  • Must be based in the New York City Office (Hybrid).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Experience with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) and call evaluation tools like Gong or Chorus.
  • Ability to analyze data trends and connect sales behaviors to revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting both SDR/ADE and AE functions.
  • Background in sales enablement or coaching.
  • Experience working with AI-driven QA or conversation intelligence tools.
