What you will do

• Lead and manage end-to-end IAM workstreams, providing strategic input and progress updates to steering committees.
• Define and drive requirements for privileged identity policies, standards, and controls to ensure global consistency.
• Oversee the onboarding of privileged accounts into vaulting and identity governance solutions.
• Monitor compliance with IAM/PAM policies and facilitate remediation of identified risks or non-compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits regarding IAM controls and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and deliver PAM solutions across legacy and modern platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology or Information Security.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM and PAM concepts, including access provisioning, lifecycle management, and RBAC/ABAC.
• Experience with platforms such as SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar IAM solutions.
• Proficiency with Windows, Unix, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, AWS, SQL, and Oracle environments.
• Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR).
• Must be able to work on-site in Charlottetown, PEI, at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, or Computer Science.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CRISC, GSLC, CISM, CISSP, or CISA.
• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
