What you will do

• Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns using SFMC Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys to ensure seamless communication flows.
• Implement dynamic content and AMPscript to enhance personalization and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery, data, or personalization issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and data teams to ensure accurate campaign execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Chicago, Illinois.
• 1-2 years of experience in campaign execution or marketing operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
• Proficiency in AMPscript, dynamic content, and personalization techniques.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email development and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or IT.
