TL;DR
Digital Marketing Coordinator (Media): Development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for CNBC’s subscription products with an accent on email, push notifications, and owned channel operations. Location: Hybrid, must be based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ (minimum 3 days per week in office)
Salary: $21 - $31 per hour

What you will do
- Build, deploy, and QA outbound marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, and owned channels using Sailthru and Airship.
- Manage the end-to-end email campaign process, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and deployment of triggered and dynamic campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as open rates and conversions, and develop reports on lifecycle engagement.
- Manage UTM tracking, vanity URLs, and redirect logic to ensure accurate attribution and seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with editorial, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing content is aligned with business goals.
- Support subscriber growth strategies and coordinate assets and copy for paid marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills for managing campaign workflows, trackers, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for marketing copy.
- Must be based in or be able to commute to Englewood Cliffs, NJ for a hybrid schedule (3+ days per week).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced media environment.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in digital, lifecycle marketing, or campaign operations (media or DTC preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Sailthru and Airship platforms.
- Familiarity with UTM parameters, vanity URLs, and campaign QA best practices.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
