TL;DR

Resourcing and Enablement Intern (Project Management/Telecom): Coordinating field resources and partner enablement to ensure high-quality service delivery for large-scale customers with an accent on skill mapping, onboarding, and operational efficiency. Focus on reducing deployment delays, optimizing resource management tools, and improving enablement collateral.

Location: Hybrid (Ottawa, Canada). Must be available to work in the office three days per week

Salary: $20.50 - $27.50 per hour

What you will do

  • Collaborate with field partners to align technician skills with project expectations.
  • Identify gaps in enablement materials and drive necessary updates and improvements.
  • Manage onboarding for new partner resources, including system access and training requirements.
  • Review new products and assign required training based on regional impact.
  • Develop onboarding processes to accelerate integration and productivity for new members.
  • Improve deployment readiness to minimize delays and rework prior to on-site activities.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of field service operations and resource management in a telecom or tech services environment.
  • Ability to assess technical skill requirements and map them to project needs.
  • Experience using resource management tools such as Kantata, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in data management and analytical practices to improve data quality.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with PMO, operations, and technical teams.
  • Must be based in Ottawa and available to work in the office three days per week

Nice to have

  • Participation in workforce planning activities for resource capability visibility.
  • Experience incorporating field feedback into enablement programs.
  • Exposure to database management activities for maintaining accurate datasets.
