What you will do

• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to break down complex problems and design analytics solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to drive best practices for data modeling, ETL, and data quality.
• Design and build scalable end-to-end data pipelines to enable data-driven decision making.
• Develop automated solutions to replace manual data processes.
• Refine reporting data models and proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Build relationships with senior leaders to gather requirements and evangelize data analytics best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in information systems, with at least 5 years developing corporate relational DBMS components.
• Expertise in database and data modeling, open-system architecture, and complex client-server information systems.
• Hands-on development experience with SQL and ETL tools.
• Programming proficiency in Python.
• Experience designing and supporting data pipelines in multi-platform distributed environments using Java or Scala with strong OOP skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working with extremely large data volumes.
