What you will do

• Architect and design scalable Power BI solutions, including datasets, dataflows, dashboards, and paginated reports.
• Build and manage Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Azure SQL, Data Lake, Synapse) for robust ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for efficient data transformation and modeling.
• Create dynamic Excel models and analytical tools for operational reporting and decision support.
• Design and manage SharePoint dashboards and collaborative BI environments integrated with Power BI.
• Lead workshops with business users to develop clear reporting objectives and KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, including experience as a Power BI Architect or Lead Developer.
• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service: DAX, Power Query (M), Dataflows, Gateways, and Workspaces.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and performance optimization in SQL Server or Azure SQL Database.
• Solid experience with Azure Data Services: Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Data Lake, and Synapse Analytics.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and Power Query.
• Hands-on knowledge of SharePoint Online for building dashboards and automating workflows.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Azure Data Engineer, or SQL Database.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for BI deployments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
