Salary: $180,000 — $247,500 USD

What you will do

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand and lead post-win technical strategy and execution for prioritized customers.
• Act as accountable technical leader for use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption across multiple teams.
• Serve as first contact for technical issues related to production status, leveraging shared services, support, and expert resources.
• Create and execute point-of-view for accelerating key use cases into production, coordinating with Professional Services.
• Navigate Product and Engineering teams for innovations, previews, and upgrades; develop comprehensive execution plans covering use cases, enablement, adoption, optimization, and governance.
• Provide KPI reporting on usage, health, risks, adoption, and progression to Technical GM.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship
• 7+ years experience accountable for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI, contributing to technical debates and designs
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and attributing business value to deliverables
• Technical program/project management with account, stakeholder, and resource accountability
• Experience resolving escalations with executives, conducting discovery workshops, creating roadmaps, business analysis, and managing complex programs
• Track record of overachievement against quotas; Bachelor's in CS, IS, Engineering or equivalent
• Can travel up to 30% when needed
