Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid: 4 days in the office in Madrid, 1 day working from home per week

What you will do

• Drive the execution of a key product area within Money Flow, from ideation to execution.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery through the full development cycle.
• Translate regulatory changes into actual money flows.
• Gather feedback from clients and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Communicate feature updates and product decisions.
• Proactively resolve queries and provide clarity to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of consulting experience in Accenture or Big4, working on financial services or payments transformation projects.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fintech or Bank working in the payment chain OR Minimum 2 years in Product for a Fintech successfully launching and scaling complex, regulated financial products.
• Experience with networks and payment schemes such as SWIFT, SEPA, and FPS APIs.
• Comfortable with product's architecture and understanding of technology stack.
