TL;DR

Software Engineer (Core Platform Services): Building reliable, secure, and scalable cloud-based software solutions for a health provider-led data platform with an accent on distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs. Location: Hybrid, based in the Greater Seattle area. Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $110,000 – $145,000

What you will do

  • Develop reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions using modern cloud-based paradigms.
  • Design and evolve distributed systems, data pipelines, and APIs.
  • Build and support Kubernetes-hosted services across multiple tenants.
  • Implement systems for IaC and MLOps to run ML models in production.
  • Iterate on software solutions while balancing privacy, security, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building production-quality software in a team setting.
  • Experience building cloud services in C#, Python, or Java.
  • 3+ years of experience with modern cloud-native platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Proficiency in building Kubernetes-hosted services and working with IaC and MLOps.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with Big Data technologies.
  • InfraOps or DevOps experience.
  • Experience working as part of distributed teams.
