TL;DR

Focus on partnering with account teams to optimize profitability, managing complex bid pricing, and ensuring alignment with governance frameworks.

Location: Must be based in Prague, Czechia (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Provide pricing strategy and commercial expertise to support sales teams in winning business.
  • Manage deal compliance and ensure structures align with company commercial policy.
  • Partner closely with sales accounts to develop strong working relationships and provide negotiation support.
  • Create and assess bid pricing while identifying potential commercial risks.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage pricing processes and secure necessary approvals.
  • Analyze hirify.global’s technology and pricing tactics in comparison to market competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Business-fluent English required.
  • Strong analytical and financial capability with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar quoting and sales support tools.
  • Ability to discuss business issues professionally and provide strategic advice to management.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in finance, pricing management, or solutions engineering.
  • Interest in data warehousing, enterprise-scale analytics, and AI technology.
