TL;DR

SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for small to medium-sized business prospects with an accent on consultative selling and pipeline management. Focus on driving new business growth, navigating multi-stakeholder organizations, and positioning digital intelligence solutions to meet aggressive sales quotas.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery calls to final contract signature.
  • Collaborate with SDR and MIR teams to manage inbound leads and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Conduct value-based discovery to align solutions with prospect business workflows.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of 30–35 active opportunities with a weekly closing cadence.
  • Navigate complex prospect organizations to secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
  • Perform outbound prospecting and hunting to re-engage lost or cold leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS products or data subscriptions.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to handle customer objections.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Prague for a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
