TL;DR
SMB Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for small to medium-sized business prospects with an accent on consultative selling and pipeline management. Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Prague, Czech Republic (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery calls to final contract signature.
- Collaborate with SDR and MIR teams to manage inbound leads and ensure seamless handoffs.
- Conduct value-based discovery to align solutions with prospect business workflows.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of 30–35 active opportunities with a weekly closing cadence.
- Navigate complex prospect organizations to secure buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
- Perform outbound prospecting and hunting to re-engage lost or cold leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Proven experience selling SaaS products or data subscriptions.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to handle customer objections.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Prague for a hybrid work arrangement.
