Salary: $212,000–$257,000 OTE

What you will do

• Evangelize Fin’s AI-first transformation story to partner executives, architects, and consultants.
• Enable partner-led POCs through architecture reviews, evaluation design, and risk guidance.
• Build reusable technical assets including golden demos, playbooks, and integration guides.
• Support technology partners by validating integration use cases and improving marketplace quality.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to establish consistent enablement standards.
• Redirect low-value or support-oriented requests to maintain focus on high-impact partner motions.

Requirements

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Deep technical understanding of AI agents, APIs, and enterprise evaluation processes.
• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Technical Enablement.
• Strong executive and practitioner-level communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Ability to teach complex technical concepts clearly.
