What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain batch data pipelines using Python 3.10+ and SQL Server.
• Build analytical schemas, including stored procedures and idempotent batch loading patterns.
• Parse structured and semi-structured financial data sources such as XBRL and SEC filings.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define requirements and devise solution strategies.
• Perform code reviews and promote a culture of code quality and technical excellence.
• Implement unit testing and secure coding practices to ensure reliability and data protection.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Python ETL development (3.10+).
• Strong expertise in T-SQL and relational data modelling.
• Experience processing regulatory or financial data sources.
• Must be based in the Prague office.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the SEC EDGAR ecosystem and APIs.
• Experience with market data integration (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
• Investment banking domain knowledge (M&A, DCM, ECM).
