What you will do

• Design and develop internal company-wide web applications and services.
• Participate in solution architecture, from selecting approaches to service decomposition.
• Build and maintain services running in AWS and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Develop tools and platforms for localization workflows and integrate them with third-party systems.
• Improve the reliability, scalability, and observability of systems.
• Collaborate with other teams to evolve shared infrastructure and internal platforms.

Requirements

• Strong experience in backend web development using Kotlin or Java.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript backend development (e.g., Node.js).
• Solid understanding of modern backend frameworks like Ktor and Spring.
• Experience designing and building production-grade systems and distributed-system fundamentals.
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS) and containerization/orchestration.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Serbia, Germany, Cyprus, Spain, Czech Republic, or Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Experience with observability tools (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Practical experience using AI tools or agents in development workflows.
