What you will do

• Create high-quality third-person animations for player characters and NPCs.
• Process and enhance motion capture data to serve as a foundation for animation systems.
• Produce keyframe animations for scripted game moments and combat behaviors.
• Integrate animation data into the game engine while adhering to technical guidelines.
• Test, review, and iterate on animation systems directly within the game environment.
• Collaborate with directors, designers, and programmers to ensure features meet quality and timeline expectations.

Requirements

• Strong experience creating gameplay animations for video games.
• Proven expertise in 3C animation and third-person animation systems.
• Solid understanding of motion capture data processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong grasp of technical constraints related to game engine integration.
• Must be able to work onsite in Toronto, Québec City, or Montreal.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with MotionBuilder.
• Experience working on a shipped AAA title.
