Location: Remote or Hybrid in Canada. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and reside within Canada.

Salary: $98,000 - $125,000 a year

What you will do

• Maintain the Art Vision and drive new content and features for a third-person action shooter.
• Control character-driven technical pipelines, as well as content for environment assets and kits.
• Create and drive visual targets to set the vision and quality bar in-engine.
• Collaborate with production and game leadership to ensure high-quality delivery on time and on budget.
• Mentor artists to improve their process, craft, and thinking.
• Drive all disciplines within the Art Department, including stylization and optimization for VFX and Tech Art.

Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive games industry art experience.
• 2+ years of experience as an Art Lead or Director.
• Proven experience with both Console and PC releases.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 4 or 5.
• Strong skills in both 2D and 3D art.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and reside within Canada.
