TL;DR

Associate Principal - Architecture (AI): Designing and implementing agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio with an accent on orchestrating multistep agent workflows and integrating enterprise knowledge sources. Focus on building custom copilots, applying ALM best practices for scalable deployments, and ensuring secure Azure AI Search integration.

Location: Must be fluent in Japanese (Native) and English, based in Japan or globally with bilingual capabilities.

What you will do

  • Build and configure custom copilots, topics, and knowledge sources.
  • Implement complex agent flows using Power Automate and custom APIs.
  • Integrate enterprise connectors for systems like Dynamics, SAP, and ServiceNow.
  • Apply orchestration patterns including task decomposition and error handling.
  • Manage ALM governance, including CI/CD pipelines and environment variables.
  • Ensure data residency, DLP compliance, and secure API authentication.

Requirements

  • Japanese: Native proficiency required.
  • English: Bilingual proficiency required.
  • Expertise in Copilot Studio authoring and multichannel deployment.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate flow design and HTTP actions.
  • Proficiency in Azure AI Search, including hybrid/vector retrieval and reranking.
  • Solid understanding of ALM, Power Platform solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AAD/Entra authentication and security governance policies.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Dataverse and Power Platform governance.
  • Knowledge of Azure Monitor and Application Insights for observability.
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with Agent Factory or similar operationalization frameworks.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot Studio.
