What you will do

• Develop and promote enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and standards aligned with the long-term strategic vision.
• Lead the creation of business capability models and enterprise-wide metamodels to ensure a consistent architectural view.
• Identify business transformation opportunities and lead the development of architecture roadmaps from current to future states.
• Foster a culture of architecture by facilitating workshops and encouraging collaborative decision-making.
• Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies, platform architectures, and industry trends to enhance business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with architectural standards through the adoption of governance practices.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and metamodels.
• Practical experience with industry-recognized frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive cultural change in consensus-driven, low-mandate environments.
• Experience defining and implementing architecture blueprints and roadmaps.
• English: Excellent written and spoken command required.
• Ability to work with geographically distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
