What you will do

• Design and oversee distributed systems and complex integration architectures.
• Implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and API-first strategies.
• Develop cloud-native solutions utilizing GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and Serverless functions.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) using GitHub Actions.
• Mentor developers and lead technical discussions with both engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance and reliability issues in heterogeneous environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering or architecture with a focus on distributed systems.
• Proficiency in DDD, Microservices, and Event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies (preferably GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and automation tools.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal.
