What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle (planning, scope, timing, quality, budget) for software implementation tracks.
• Establish project plans, baselines, and regular monitoring processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact and maintain consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Independently lead mid-term projects while coordinating several short-term parallel projects.
• Manage internal and external project teams to deliver solutions aligned with long-term customer needs.
• Define and describe the project approach for customers.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of project management experience in large enterprises or complex projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements for team members.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for planning and organizing.
• Hybrid work availability in Belgium or Romania.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
• Knowledge of document management, accounting processes, workflow, or business process management.
