What you will do

• Lead, hire, and develop a team of Project Managers and Senior PMs, conducting performance reviews and coaching talent.
• Own delivery execution and accountability, ensuring all accounts have defined timelines and proactive communication.
• Design and optimize PM systems and KPI dashboards using ClickUp, Notion, and Airtable.
• Manage resource planning and team capacity, anticipating hiring needs based on growth.
• Establish escalation protocols to identify and resolve delivery risks early.
• Create onboarding and training programs to standardize excellence in project management.

Requirements

• English: Perfect written and spoken English required.
• Location: Must be based in LATAM or South Africa.
• Proven experience managing a PM team of 8+ people.
• Background in marketing, advertising, or creative agencies.
• Track record of building PM systems and driving team performance.
• Proficiency with ClickUp, Notion, or similar project management tools.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with creative workflow automation or AI-enabled delivery.
• Background managing enterprise or high-growth accounts.
• Advanced experience with Airtable or complex PM tech stacks.
