Location: Remote (France). Must be based in France and have the flexibility to travel to the Hamburg HQ approximately once per quarter.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the French brand and marketing strategy aligned with global direction.
• Plan and lead 360° integrated brand campaigns and marketing activation calendars.
• Manage appointed agencies to ensure high-quality and timely campaign execution.
• Lead retail media and shopper marketing initiatives with key French retailers.
• Track brand metrics such as awareness, equity, and engagement to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Commercial Managers and cross-functional teams to align marketing with market goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in Consumer Products (CPG).
• Deep expertise in brand building and consumer marketing specifically for the French market.
• Hands-on experience in D2C environments, French retail media networks, and shopper activation.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to design and implement impactful digital consumer journeys.
• Must be based in France.
