Senior DevOps Engineer (SaaS)

TL;DR

Senior DevOps Engineer (SaaS): Building and maintaining foundational tools and frameworks for mobile and web applications with an accent on CI/CD pipelines and release frameworks. Focus on improving developer productivity, optimizing deployment pipelines for App Store and Play Store, and solving complex infrastructure pain points.

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland). Must work from the assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Collaborate with and mentor engineers in the Warsaw office and US headquarters.
• Build and improve tooling and frameworks that support the delivery of enterprise-grade mobile and web products.
• Manage CI pipelines, code-signing infrastructure, and tiered release and deployment systems.
• Investigate and resolve development process pain points to increase overall team productivity.
• Lead design, planning, and architecture discussions for infrastructure solutions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to triage and respond to critical system issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development or DevOps/platform engineering experience.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language such as Python, Ruby, TypeScript, or Go.
• Practical experience managing CI/CD pipelines and SCM solutions like Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with build tooling in mobile (Fastlane, Gradle, Xcode) or web (webpack, Vite, npm, Yarn) ecosystems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Warsaw office (minimum 3 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native build pipelines and Metro bundler.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with mobile code signing, App Store Connect, or Google Play Console.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, or Crashlytics.
