Salary: 17,400 PLN – 26,000 PLN monthly Gross (for candidates in Poland)

What you will do

• Manage AWS infrastructure as code using Terraform and Helm to support a high-availability microservices environment.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle by designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead the IaC 2.0 initiative to eliminate configuration drift and ensure 100% IaC coverage.
• Evaluate and implement GitOps for Kubernetes cluster configurations and staging environment management.
• Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting components and participate in the on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with the Security team to embed DevSecOps best practices and guardrails.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS) and Terraform for AWS provisioning.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and tooling (GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins).
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
• Solid grasp of Networking fundamentals including VPC, DNS, and Load Balancing.
• Must be based in Portugal, Spain, Ukraine, or Poland.

Nice to have

• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification.
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator certification.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-related services such as AWS Bedrock or SageMaker.
