Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience within a startup environment
• Ability to recruit for both technical and non-technical positions
• Demonstrated track record of achieving hiring goals
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Must be based in Portugal (On-site)
