TL;DR

What you will do

  • Own the full employee IT lifecycle, including joiner/mover/leaver flows and access reviews.
  • Administer the core SaaS stack, including Google Workspace, GCP, Jira, Notion, and 1Password.
  • Run 2nd-level support to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Manage DNS and domain registrars to ensure clean, documented records.
  • Build monitoring and alerting systems to proactively address IT issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in the CMDB and Knowledge Base.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Operations Specialist, or IT Support Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on Google Workspace administration experience.
  • Familiarity with GCP, Jira, Notion, and 1Password.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools for internal IT.
  • Must be based in GMT+1 to GMT+7 time zones.
  • Ownership mindset with strong communication and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Exposure to identity providers, SSO/SCIM provisioning, and zero-trust setups.
