What you will do
- Own the full employee IT lifecycle, including joiner/mover/leaver flows and access reviews.
- Administer the core SaaS stack, including Google Workspace, GCP, Jira, Notion, and 1Password.
- Run 2nd-level support to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage DNS and domain registrars to ensure clean, documented records.
- Build monitoring and alerting systems to proactively address IT issues.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in the CMDB and Knowledge Base.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator, IT Operations Specialist, or IT Support Engineer.
- Strong hands-on Google Workspace administration experience.
- Familiarity with GCP, Jira, Notion, and 1Password.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools for internal IT.
- Must be based in GMT+1 to GMT+7 time zones.
- Ownership mindset with strong communication and prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Exposure to identity providers, SSO/SCIM provisioning, and zero-trust setups.
