What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI agents that perform real-world actions for enterprise clients.
• Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, and tool-calling architectures.
• Collaborate in cross-functional builder pods to architect, debug, and ship scalable production systems.
• Partner with sales teams and customers to translate complex business challenges into technical agentic solutions.
• Utilize leading-edge AI development tools like Cursor and Claude to accelerate the development lifecycle.
• Own the full technical lifecycle of your solutions from initial design to production deployment.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Fluency in English and Finnish required.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and Real-Time Infrastructure.
• Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time to work directly with customers.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
